At a very young age, the excitement and enthusiasm for cooking and preparing tasty dishes for family members and friends was very evident in Jason’s life.
From his beginnings in assisting and training other servers in several restaurant chains such as Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel, Chili’s to becoming a food and beverage manager at Walker’s Exchange and Jockey Silks, Galt House, to accepting the position as General Manager of Down One Bourbon Bar, Galt House, Louisville, Kentucky. In addition, Jason is thankful for the catering projects, and encouragement that Jeff Jarfi, Jeff Jarfi Catering provided and states that Jeff has been very influential in his life. Jason has even been on set for the Stu Pollard-"Keep your Distance," as an extra and catering and craft service provider through Clements Catering.
All along the way, Jason satisfied his appetite for extraordinary service and food by creating delicious dishes that were not only wowed the palate but also the eyes- visually.
Fast forward to today, Jason is finally doing what he had always dreamed of, that of offering his creativity and cooking skills to offer a one-of -a-kind catering service unlike the standard menus currently being offered.
Jason loves to use ingredients that are available local, if at all possible. Using Jason's vast experience and his well documented creativity, Jason is able to work with you in developing a menu that will be exciting to look at and delicious always using fresh ingredients that he selects, at market each morning.
In addition to Jason's menu items, we are always more than willing to think outside the box inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we are feeling or a party theme you have in mind. We are always on the lookout for new ideas and inspiration, so we can deliver the big WOW at any event we cater.

Part of Jason's story happened when he was very young. His father, pictured with then Mayor Harvey Sloan, is shown here receiving an award while serving on the LMPD. Jason's Dad, later went to work for Phillip Morris. It was shortly after the plant closed in 1999 that, that Jason's father took his own life.
Dealing with the trauma of loosing his Father has just been one of the many challenges that Jason has faced. Challenges that he has overcome to get to this point in his life.
Just one of the reasons that Jason supports so many non-profits that are centered around helping others. Especially 988lifeline.org.
